Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

If I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your recent order, we will gladly accept the return of items that are in new condition and have not been personalized or altered.

Returns must be made according to the guidelines of our Return Policy.

Personalized items cannot be returned. 

Is there a charge for making a return?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

However, if it is no fault of ours, we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label for your local returns center will be included in your parcel. 

How long will it take to process my return?

Typically, it takes up to 12 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed. 

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.  

If I want to exchange an item for a different size or color, how do I do that?

We are not able to process exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you may place a new order online at or by calling us at 501-658-6709.

To return the original item(s), simply follow our returns policy.

Personalized items cannot be returned.  

How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
